Cancelling an online order

Is Plevir the government?

No. Plevir is independent of every administration. When a date comes from an official rule, the reminder names that rule and its source and links you to the official page. The official page stays the authority.

What can it watch?

Registered official public pages, and dates computed from published rules and named calendars. When something cannot be watched, Plevir says so plainly and offers a plain reminder instead of a promise it cannot keep.

Why did this source fail?

Sometimes an official page moves, goes down, or stops publishing. When that happens Plevir tells you the source failed and when it last answered, rather than guessing quietly. An honest gap is part of the product.

How do I stop?

Reply STOP at any time: your scheduled reminders stop and Plevir sends nothing more on its own. If you write again it still answers, and RESUME brings the reminders back. Reply DELETE MY DATA to request erasure. Both work in every language, exactly as written.

Can Plevir see my other WhatsApp conversations?

No. Plevir receives the messages you send to its number, not access to your other WhatsApp chats. Our privacy notice explains which services help process those messages.

How do I control what Plevir keeps?

You can ask for your stored details with MY DATA or request erasure with DELETE MY DATA. Send STOP to stop scheduled reminders. The privacy notice explains retention, deletion and any records that must be kept.

Does it guarantee delivery?

No. Plevir records each delivery state on its own evidence, and a message WhatsApp accepted but did not deliver is recorded as failed, never as done.
